SHIPPING & RETURN TERMS




DELIVERY COSTS


Switzerland Shipping: 12CHF or free on orders over 200CHF. All orders are processed and shipped from Switzerland.


DELIVERY TIMES


Shipping within Switzerland usually takes between 1 to 2 working days.
All jewellery pieces are made to order, allow us up to 6 weeks to create your piece. Should we experience any delay in production, we will contact you and give you a new estimate for time to production and delivery.


TAXES AND DUTIES


All items are shipped from Switzerland. There are no additional custom duty fees for orders delivered within Switzerland. For international orders your order may be subject to duties and local taxes in order to release your goods. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. Please consult your local customs office for more information. The prices of items and shipping costs do not include international taxes and customs fees, the customer is responsible for paying all additional charges separately. Shipping costs, duties and taxes are not refundable through LIA X LAUREN.


SHIPPING DESTINATIONS


We currently ship only to Switzerland.

TRACKING


Once your order is shipped you will receive an email containing a number to track your order online.


IMPORTANT NOTES


It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with an accurate delivery address.
Should an undeliverable order come back due to an error in the delivery address indicated by the customer, the order can be shipped out on renewed instruction at the cost of the customer.
All packages must be signed upon delivery.
The customer becomes the owner of the goods ordered once they have been dispatched. Once goods are delivered to the customer they will be held at their own risk. LIA X LAUREN will no longer be liable for their loss or destruction.


RETURNS


Items made to order and bespoke items are specially made for you and are not eligible for return or exchange.


LIABILITY


As a consumer, you are requested to check the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, visible defects and transport damage and to notify us and the shipping company in the written form of any complaints as quickly as possible. Should the package be damaged upon delivery, please make sure to take a photo upon receipt and email us. Should the goods received not correspond to your order or be faulty, please notify us within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question by email at studio@liaxlauren.com or LIA X LAUREN shall have no liability.


CANCELLATION


Should we be unable to deliver goods in your area or are unable to fulfil the production of goods, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If your order is cancelled we will notify your be email and re-credit any amount deducted upon completion of the order. Please allow up to 3 working days to see the money in your bank account. LIA X LAUREN is not liable to any further compensation.
